As a result of recent changes in government documentation, please use this streamlined loan process for faster service and less duplication. (Include at least 2 years of work and housing history.)

  1. To Apply Online: (quicker approval)
  2. To Apply By Fax: (slower approval) Print all hard copies and fax back.
  3. For A Purchase:
    • Executed Contract - OR
    • Request For Pre-Approval
  4. For A Refinance:
    • Last HUD1 Settlement Statement - OR
    • Proof of Ownership
  5. If W-2 Employee:
    • Last 2 pay-stubs - AND
    • Last 2 years W-2's - AND
    • 4506T
  6. If Self Employed OR 1099 OR Other Income Types:
    • Last 2 years IRS returns with all schedules - AND
    • 4506T
  7. If you own your home in last 12 months:
    • Copy of last mortgage statement - AND
    • Proof of real estate taxes - AND
    • Proof of homeowner's insurance
  8. If you rent in last 12 months:
    • Copies of 12 rent checks - OR
    • Copies of 12 money orders
  9. To Verify Funds (when required)
    • Last 2 Bank Statements
